Belmont was founded in May 2026 by three co-founders and owners — Matea Mitrovska, Filip Ivanovski, and Luka Dragaš — with a shared vision to create a more considered, personal approach to real estate. From the outset, Belmont has worked in direct collaboration with Astoria Real Estate, the oldest and largest established real estate agency in Skopje, Macedonia. Operating since 1994, Astoria brings more than three decades of market experience and local expertise, complementing Belmont’s contemporary and highly personal approach to real estate.

How we work

Exact addresses stay private until a viewing is agreed; buyers see the neighbourhood, never the door. Many of the homes we place are never advertised at all.
Curation over volume.
We take on properties we would recommend to a friend, and we decline the rest. A short portfolio is the point.
